Warranty & Service Administrator

Our client is a one stop parts shop for well-known branded products in the motor trade. They supply these products with the highest levels of service. Based in Dublin 15 they are looking for an experienced Warranty & Service administrator to join their team.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Be Highly flexible & organised
- advanced clear administrative skills
- Knowledge and experience of Dealer Management Systems experience
- Kerridge CDK an advantage
- 3+ years' experience as a Service warranty administrator
Duties & responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Warranty Manager to ensure all warranty claims are processed accurately and within required timelines.
- Manage and process warranty claims for multiple locations, including both company-owned and dealer sites.
- Ensure all claim documentation complies with brand and manufacturer requirements.
- Respond to customer requests by verifying vehicle warranty status.
- Maintain detailed records of claims submitted and reimbursements received.
- Review and interpret warranty literature, ensuring relevant updates and requirements are communicated across the team.
- Prepare for and support all warranty audit processes.
- Support the Service department with general administration tasks, including invoicing and other duties as needed.
- Provide cover for service reception when required.
- Collaborate with other internal departments such as Sales, Parts, and Warranty to ensure smooth operational flow.
