Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee a team within a busy print facility. The role involves motivating and guiding staff to ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining safety standards, and achieving high-quality performance across cleaning, maintenance, and goods management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of 10 operatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Supervision & Oversight: Oversee daily tasks, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and provide coaching and support to staff.
- Operational Duties: Perform cleaning, maintenance, and goods handling as needed, and assist with print and mailroom activities.
- Record Maintenance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and report on operational activities and progress to management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and support team training initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: Knowledge of production machinery, with hands-on experience in machine cleaning, basic maintenance, and forklift operation.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.
