Warehouse Manager - Co Wicklow
Our client, a renowned leader in the global handmade home fragrance industry, has grown into one of Ireland's premier family-owned businesses. Supplying premium retail partners across over 45 countries, they are seeking to expand their team by hiring a Warehouse Manager. This role will oversee operations of a storage and distribution warehouse, small production facility, and 3PL storage unit. Ensure efficient inbound, put away, and outbound processes for domestic and international customers while maintaining accuracy and cost control.
Location: Co Wicklow
Work Schedule: 8am - 4pm (Mon - Fri)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the main warehouse, 3PL storage, and production facility.
- Oversee daily activities: inbound deliveries, transfers, and outbound orders.
- Ensure accurate and timely picking/dispatch for all orders, including eCommerce.
- Lead and motivate the warehouse team, planning resources for seasonal peaks.
- Identify training needs and support staff development.
- Stock Control - Maintain accurate records in the NetSuite system.
- Conduct stock takes, cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Health & Safety Compliance - Ensure adherence to company and legislative health and safety standards.
- Performance Optimization - Monitor KPIs and report on weekly/monthly metrics.
- Collaborate with senior management and sales teams to meet objectives.
- Cost Management - Control logistics costs and review delivery rates for improvements.
- Work with suppliers, logistics partners, and production teams to optimize stock and operations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Leadership: Ability to manage and inspire teams effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in WMS/ERP systems and MS Office.
- Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Stock Governance: Promotes respect for raw materials and finished stock.
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Experience with international couriers and customs for outbound orders.
- Proven ability to improve processes and monitor KPIs.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
