Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in the meat industry, ideally with specialized expertise in beef. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our high-volume customer base across both domestic and international markets.
This position is ideal for a driven professional looking to advance their career within a dynamic and supportive company offering significant growth and development opportunities. Key responsibilities include managing both inbound and outbound sales activities, with some travel required, primarily to key markets in the UK, France, and the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition & Expansion: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client's presence in the beef industry. Establish and cultivate relationships with high-volume clients, ensuring that each transaction meets or exceeds the €10,000 minimum order requirement.
Account Management: Oversee and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive customer satisfaction, foster repeat business, and build long-term loyalty.
Industry Knowledge & Expertise: Utilize an in-depth understanding of the beef industry, including processes such as slaughter and de-boning, to address client needs effectively and demonstrate the quality and value of our products.
Market Research & Strategy Development: Continuously monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor actions to identify and leverage opportunities for business growth.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain detailed sales records, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Travel & Networking: Represent the company at industry events and in client meetings, primarily in key markets such as the UK, France, and the Netherlands, to strengthen relationships and drive business development.
