Job description

Job Summary:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of multiple projects, ensuring that activities are executed according to plan. You will establish metrics and success measures that will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of each programme, and you will report to leads of programmes you will be engaged on. This high profile role requires the candidate to get things done and meet the scope and plan by influencing across multi-disciplinary organisations (Sales, Engineering, Operations etc). The scope of this role may change in the duration of the contract, in line with the pace of change in the company. The role requires an onsite presence for 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
* Program manage strategic priorities. The two core programmes are AI Taskforce and D&I. Outside the two Priority pillars from time to time the senior project manager may be required to support other priorities as defined by the GT such as support for Philanthropy and the People Management community.
* Design a project plan, where required.
* Drive the v-teams to deliver on committed actions as per defined vision, project plans, KPIs.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication channels among all program stakeholders.
* Provide regular updates to the virtual team and GT sponsors with the Priority Leads (i.e. AI Taskforce lead, D&I lead).
* Facilitate collaboration among the training program's contributors and deliver materials, decks, announcements, etc.
* Draft communications for each programme, as required.
* Include change management as part of AI Taskforce training programme and ensure it measures and counteracts resistance.
* Champion D&I initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment, as directed by the D&I lead.
* Support philanthropy efforts by coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders.
* Support people initiatives as required or directed by the People Management pillar leads.
* Organise a smooth end-to-end registration process for any events that are organised by pillars.
* Produce post event evaluation to inform future activities

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in program management, preferably within AI-driven, change management projects or initiatives.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive and manage change at scale effectively.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and all levels of leadership.
* Ability to establish clear KPIs and metrics for program evaluation and adoption.
* Experience in coordinating with multiple departments to align program scope and plans.
* Demonstrated commitment to D&I initiatives and experience in supporting philanthropy efforts.
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritise effectively ruthlessly, as required or directed by the Governance Team.

Desirable:
* Familiarity with AI innovations and the ability to leverage AI-driven capabilities and services to enhance platform functionalities and user experience.
* Understanding of data-driven approaches to business enablement through AI innovation.
* Flexibility and adaptability to various assignments, demonstrating versatility and willingness to embrace different challenges as they arise.
