The Role:
As an IAM Role Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting Fund's IAM infrastructure using Saviynt. The candidate must have thorough knowledge of relevant areas of IAM Domain (application onboarding, provisioning, access control, reconciliation, access review, role engineering etc.). This role requires expertise in IAM frameworks, RBAC models, coupled with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in implementation of the IAM Solution Architecture consisting of Saviynt, Azure Entra ID, custom applications, scripts, etc.
· Extensive experience with identity management, access provisioning, workflows, ABAC/RBAC, lifecycle, analytics, role engineering, access certifications, compliance, etc.
· Streamline and automate IAM processes, improve quality of IAM data and enforce IAM data lifecycle.
· Engineer Application and Enterprise IAM Roles and enforce Role's lifecycle.
· Create required documentations such as requirement documents, design documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), testing plans, QA plans, etc.
· Create, resolve, and track Saviynt product and platform problem tickets as required.
· Train designated IMF IAM support teams to support the implemented solution.
· Assist with IMF IAM engineering and operational activities as needed.

Education/Experience:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, CIS, or Cyber Security/IT.
· Saviynt Certification (Preferred).
· 3+ years managing Saviynt IGA platform.
· Experience in IAM Architecture, Operations, Support and Incident management.
· Experience with security protocols and cloud/enterprise application integration.
· Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC concepts.
· Proficiency in project documentation and communication skills.
· Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
