Team Description
Our Customer Strategy & Operations (CSO) team sets and drives key business initiatives across the company. We complement and support product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams across three critical areas: corporate and business unit strategy, business planning and sales operations, and business systems and tools development.
Role Description
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented (OPT: Associate) Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You'll play a key role in supporting our sales processes and systems, helping drive efficiency and accuracy across our operations.
This is a fully remote role (within Ireland) on a 12 month contract with potential to extend to 23 months.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Monitor data quality and integrity across systems; identify and resolve discrepancies
- Analyse sales performance and provide insights to inform decision making
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve sales operations
- Partner with IT and Sales to implement changes that enhance efficiency
- Stakeholder Support:
- Respond to ad hoc sales support requests, providing timely and practical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor reporting and share insights that support local and global sales efforts
- System & Data Governance:
- Ensure consistent and accurate data entry across Salesforce and related tools
- Promote system adoption and adherence to data governance standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools like Gong, ServiceNow etc
- Conversational intelligence tooling experience a distinct advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data from multiple sources
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
