Field Sales Executive - West of Ireland
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven Field Sales Executive to join our expanding team, focused on building strong relationships and generating new business across the Munster region. You'll work with main contractors, house builders, and paving contractors, offering a comprehensive range of high-quality paving products. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new accounts and generate sales within the assigned region.
- Conduct cold calls to businesses and individuals, promoting our full paving product range.
- Respond to sales inquiries, prepare customer proposals, and negotiate effectively.
- Drive growth in existing accounts, strengthening long-term relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Production and Transport Teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Requirements:
- Full, clean driving license.
- Proven experience in field sales, with a strong background in client-facing roles.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional demeanour.
- In-depth geographical knowledge of the sales territory and ideally living in or near the region.
