Roadside Assistance Technician (Garage Experience Preferred) - Greater Dublin Area
Do you have a passion for the motor industry, hands-on garage experience, and a full driver's license? Our client, a leading roadside assistance provider, is looking for skilled and proactive individuals to join their team.
In this dynamic and rewarding role, you'll assist motorists during breakdowns, providing expert support and delivering outstanding customer service on the road or at home.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Full clean driving licence (Category B); BE & BC licences are a plus.
- Practical knowledge of vehicle mechanics and prior experience in a similar role.
- Flexible to work 40 hours a week, including weekends and overtime during peak periods.
- Strong passion for the motor industry and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Positive, can-do attitude with high energy and eagerness to excel.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines, KPIs, and working well in a team.
Duties:
- Perform high-quality repairs or part replacements on vehicles at the scene of breakdowns, both private and commercial.
- Assess repair options, manage costs, and arrange recovery or garage assistance as needed in coordination with the support team.
- Maintain professionalism in driving, customer service, and safety, upholding the company's image and standards.
- Effectively use communication systems and ensure all interactions meet required standards.
- Keep vehicles, tools, and equipment in excellent working condition.
- Receive full training with opportunities for career progression into senior roles.
