Manpower is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Partner who will be responsible for providing a range of recruitment services to our clients.

This is a hybrid working role, Dublin City Centre Office with flexibility to travel to client sites when needed.

Your responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process

  • Proactive in developing relationships with the client and within ManpowerGroup

  • Ability to learn about our clients' workforce requirements while creating & maintaining strong recruitment/HR processes & documentation

  • Daily client facing accountability including performance under key KPI's and SLA's

  • Ensuring a strong & professional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding

  • Working closely to understand clients' needs and projects to identify suitable candidates

  • Working in a structured, organised and professional manner ensuring all administration duties are performed to the highest level, meeting strict recruitment processes and GDPR requirements

  • Responsibility for all actions, demonstrating ability, passion and an overriding commitment to quality and the needs of our clients

  • You will work closely with the team on the day-to-day account delivery to our clients

Your skills & experience:

  • Previous Recruitment experience required (Ideally in the Manufacturing industry)

  • Proven track record in exceeding KPI's

  • Strong Administration Skills

  • HR administration experience would be desirable

  • Client-facing skills and the ability to build strong relationships

  • Self-motivated and adaptable

  • Proven ability to take ownership and deliver results

  • Organised, focused, innovative and passionate
