Manpower is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Partner who will be responsible for providing a range of recruitment services to our clients.
This is a hybrid working role, Dublin City Centre Office with flexibility to travel to client sites when needed.
Your responsibilities:
Full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process
Proactive in developing relationships with the client and within ManpowerGroup
Ability to learn about our clients' workforce requirements while creating & maintaining strong recruitment/HR processes & documentation
Daily client facing accountability including performance under key KPI's and SLA's
Ensuring a strong & professional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding
Working closely to understand clients' needs and projects to identify suitable candidates
Working in a structured, organised and professional manner ensuring all administration duties are performed to the highest level, meeting strict recruitment processes and GDPR requirements
Responsibility for all actions, demonstrating ability, passion and an overriding commitment to quality and the needs of our clients
You will work closely with the team on the day-to-day account delivery to our clients
Your skills & experience:
Previous Recruitment experience required (Ideally in the Manufacturing industry)
Proven track record in exceeding KPI's
Strong Administration Skills
HR administration experience would be desirable
Client-facing skills and the ability to build strong relationships
Self-motivated and adaptable
Proven ability to take ownership and deliver results
Organised, focused, innovative and passionate
