About the role
ManpowerGroup Ireland has an exciting opportunity to join our ever-expanding business as a Recruitment Manager. Suitable for those with Recruitment, HR, Employment Law, Client Relations experience, you will be responsible for managing a team of Recruitment Specialists.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in Dublin office.

Your responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure financial goals are met through consistent and successful placements
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet client requirements
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's overall goals and strategies
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with relevant data, led insights and advice
Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, client feedback to the Sales Director
In conjunction with the recruitment team, utilise available recruitment tools and channels
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of attraction and recruitment processes and strategies
Provide training, coaching and development opportunities for team members
Set performance goals and track key metrics
Your skills and experience:
A natural people leader who can demonstrate an interest in developing and growing a team of recruiters
Expert knowledge of the recruitment sector - 5 years minimum
Proven track record in managing people to deliver goals and targets
Strong commercial knowledge with the ability to work through pricing and understand profitability
Demonstrate a positive, flexible attitude and desire to succeed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all forms of communications from Teams meetings, face to face meetings, as well as email and presentations
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You will also display a natural interest in understanding the recruitment market, the economy and demonstrate an awareness of external market forces
