Manpower Group is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for providing a range of recruitment services to our worldwide recognised Client in Galway.
This is a 6-month contract. The role is hybrid with the ability to easily commute to client sites in Galway.

Your responsibilities:
Full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process
Proactive in developing relationships with the client and within ManpowerGroup
Ability to learn about our clients workforce requirements while creating & maintaining strong recruitment/HR processes & documentation
Ensuring a strong & professional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding
Working closely to understand clients' needs and projects to identify suitable candidates
Daily client facing accountability including performance under key KPI's and SLA's
Working in a structured, organised and professional manner ensuring all administration duties are performed to the highest level, meeting strict recruitment processes and GDPR requirements
Responsibility for all actions, demonstrating ability, passion and an overriding commitment to quality and the needs of our clients
You will work closely with the team on the day-to-day account delivery to our clients
Your skills and experience:
Previous Recruitment experience required (Ideally in the Manufacturing industry)
Proven track record in exceeding KPI's
Strong Administration Skills
HR administration experience would be desirable
Client-facing skills and the ability to build strong relationships
Self-motivated and adaptable
Proven ability to take ownership and deliver results
Organised, focused, innovative and passionate
