Quality Engineer - Roscommon

The ideal candidate:
- Do you have 3+ years' experience in a med device or manufacturing environment?
- Do you have experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role?
- A degree level qualification in Quality, Engineering or similar is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures precisely.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and quality management systems (QMS).
- Experience with CAPAs & ISO Certification is essential.
- Internal & external audit experience is required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support quality initiatives across multi-functional teams.
- Communicate with key stakeholders in a fast-paced GMP Environment.
- Ensure quality standards are adhered to, and all production processes are carried out according to procedures.
- Use continuous improvement tools to instigate actions for improvements.
- Lead and coordinate process and product validations.
- Utilize data analysis and trending, statistical process control, root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct internal audits and external audits as required.
- Host audits of the Company's operations by external bodies.
- Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources.
