The ideal candidate:
Do you have 3+ years' experience in a med device or manufacturing environment?
Do you have experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role?
A degree level qualification in Quality, Engineering or similar is essential
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures precisely.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and quality management systems (QMS).
Experience with CAPAs & ISO Certification is essential.
Internal & external audit experience is required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Support quality initiatives across multi-functional teams.
Communicate with key stakeholders in a fast-paced GMP Environment.
Ensure quality standards are adhered to, and all production processes are carried out according to procedures.
Use continuous improvement tools to instigate actions for improvements.
Lead and coordinate process and product validations.
Utilize data analysis and trending, statistical process control, root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Conduct internal audits and external audits as required.
Host audits of the Company's operations by external bodies.
Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources.
