Full-time : Contract, day rate
Location: Dublin Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress and identify risks.

  • Coordinate a series of events across Europe, collaborating with strategic third-party stakeholders.

  • Support internal collaboration and manage cross-group projects to align priorities.

  • Drive day-to-day operations, ensuring timely responses and effective communication among teams.

  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, ensuring alignment with operational excellence strategies.

What the Ideal Candidate Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

  • Experience in stakeholder management and a collaborative work style.

  • Familiarity with change management principles; project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is a plus.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to driving results.
