Job Summary:
The Business Admin and Productivity Lead plays a critical role in overseeing financial operations and optimizing productivity. This position ensures that the Reconciliation Operations group functions efficiently, supports investment strategies, and aligns with corporate goals in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee financial planning and investment strategies to support business growth.
* Tracking productivity projects across functions, ensuring the benefits are accounted for correctly and reporting the status to the relevant stakeholders
* Supporting the budget process, covering technology projects and new business, documenting the incremental headcount required to support both. Participating in and documenting the outcome of prioritisation discussions
* Coordinating recruitment requirements across each function, both replacement and incremental roles, ensuring prioritisation is managed and within budget allowance. Working with the Business Manager to ensure records are up to date
* Maintaining an inventory of Strategic Initiatives that are in-flight across the function. Preparing material for the Strategic Initiatives forum, ensuring all initiatives are included and updates are received from Project Managers
* Preparing material for input into the various stakeholder and senior leadership meetings
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
* Outside of these core areas of responsibility, there will be ad hoc projects and deliverables from time to time. The Project Lead will be required to manage their workload and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines and stakeholders needs are met

Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* 6-10 years of experience in a financial services role
* Experience in office management, investment oversight, or HR processes.
* Strong financial analysis and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, financial software, and productivity tools.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
