​People Experience HR Assistant - Temp - Onsite
ManpowerGroup are recruiting for exciting role within our partner MSA Safety

Our client
MSA Safety - global leader in the development, manufacture and supply of safety products that protect people and facility infrastructures manufacturing industry in Ireland, based in Galway

This is an initial 6 - month temporary contract.

Description of duties and role responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, under direct supervision and technical guidance.

  • Assess morale, collect feedback, and maintain a positive working environment

  • Disciplinary or a Grievance investigations, note taking, and administrative support

  • Onsite engagement activities

2. Communication and Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between employees and HR.

  • Liaison with external agencies, inc. recruitment agencies, Occupation Health

  • Internal communication and liaison with Line Managers, Team Leaders and Associates

  • Conduct Dayforce and time tracking training for new hires.

  • Source of knowledge on local HR initiatives and projects

  • Employee surveys

  • Posting notices

  • Day 1 inductions and onboarding

3. Administration and Project Support

  • Digitalization of onsite HR records

  • Data control management of onsite records

  • Support HR Employee and Labor Relations documentation (warnings, terminations, benefits management).

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and answer general inquiries

  • Assist in the development of company policies and procedures to address business needs.

  • Implement and enforce Company policies.

  • TMS/Access Control system and issuing badges

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Irish Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent, with relevant experience
