Patrol Assist - Roadside Support - Greater Dublin Area

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Full clean driving licence (Category B); BE & BC licences are a plus.
  • Practical knowledge of vehicle mechanics and prior experience in a similar role.
  • Flexible to work 40 hours a week, including weekends and overtime during peak periods.
  • Strong passion for the motor industry and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with high energy and eagerness to excel.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines, KPIs, and working well in a team.

Duties:

  • Perform high-quality repairs or part replacements on vehicles at the scene of breakdowns, both private and commercial.
  • Assess repair options, manage costs, and arrange recovery or garage assistance as needed in coordination with the support team.
  • Maintain professionalism in driving, customer service, and safety, upholding the company's image and standards.
  • Effectively use communication systems and ensure all interactions meet required standards.
  • Keep vehicles, tools, and equipment in excellent working condition.
  • Receive full training with opportunities for career progression into senior roles.
