Operations Manager-Dublin
Are you an experienced Operations or Service Manager with over 2 years' experience leading technicians in an Automotive environment? Our client is looking for an excellent, hands-on Ops Manager to join their team in South Dublin, promoting a culture of efficiency and service excellence.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Do you have 2+ years' experience in an Ops/Service Manager role?
- A Technical background or Mechanical Qualification is required for the role.
- Excellent Customer Service, Presentation & Reporting skills are necessary.
- Scheduling & Absence Management skills are desired.
- A great problem-solver with a can-do attitude is the perfect fit.
The role:
- Manage the team to ensure maximum productivity is achieved.
- Achieve operational KPIs.
- Effectively manage rostering, absence management, annual leave and headcount management.
- Promote continuous improvement & manage change.
- Ensure performance metrics are achieved through demand management, forecasting and capacity.
- Ensure day to day activities are completed to deadline.
- Promote a culture of Customer Service Excellence.
