Learning and Onboarding Consultant
ManpowerGroup Ireland have an exciting new opportunity with our client SAP! This is a 12month contract role employed with ManpowerGroup Ireland . This position is a Hybrid role based in Ireland.
Overview:
We are the Global Onboarding team in SAP onboarding, and we are transforming our global onboarding experience. "Year One Success" provides an immersive learner-centered onboarding experience, supporting our new talents to get the right start by giving consistent and personalized direction. It champions SAPs purpose while putting our new employees at the heart of the onboarding experience, helping them to identify with SAP and creating a sense of belonging that is critical for success and continuous learning experiences for our employees. As we transition to from a tailored made to the standard LMS Success Map Learning System at SAP, we are seeking an experienced External Consultant to support and guide the migration of our Year One Success onboarding learning journeys and curricula.
Description:
The External Consultant will play a critical role in the successful migration and optimization of our onboarding programs within the SAP SML system. This specialist will provide expert guidance on leveraging the capabilities and addressing the constraints of the new environment to deliver a seamless onboarding and continuous learning experience for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Migration Strategy Development:
- Analyse current onboarding and learning systems, processes, and content.
- Develop a comprehensive migration strategy and plan tailored to the SML system.
- Identify potential challenges and formulate solutions.
System Configuration and Optimization:
- Provide recommendations on system setup to maximize functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth system integration.
- Set up reporting and analytics capabilities to track and measure onboarding success.
- Provide guidance for target audience management.
Program Enhancement:
- Evaluate existing global SAP curricula and functional/role onboarding programs.
- Develop strategies for optimizing these programs within the new setup.
- Ensure alignment between global standards and specific functional, skills and role learning needs.
Creating a Seamless One-Year Onboarding Experience:
- Secure design for an integrated onboarding journey that covers SAP curricula, functional training, and skill and role-based learning.
- Advise on transition strategies from onboarding to continuous learning.
- Develop a framework for continuous improvement based on user feedback and analytics.
Stakeholder Engagement and Training:
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on system capabilities and onboarding strategies.
- Build consensus and drive adoption across departments.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in learning management systems (LMS) migration projects, specifically with SAP SML.
- Extensive knowledge of onboarding programs and continuous learning processes.
- Strong understanding of SAP systems and their integration with learning platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global corporate settings with complex onboarding needs.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
- Certifications in SML or other LMS systems are a plus.
