Internal Technical Sales - Industrial Valves

Our team of specialists in industrial valves serves a broad spectrum of industries across Ireland and the UK. Through strategic partnerships, we deliver tailored solutions, offering a wide range of products, detailed technical specifications, expert support, and comprehensive after-sales care. With a longstanding legacy in the industry, we primarily focus on valve and actuation products. Our core offerings include a full range of valves and actuation products to the Pharma sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Expertise & Support: Provide expert guidance on valve and actuation products, offering tailored solutions and troubleshooting technical issues for clients across various sectors.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, offering exceptional after-sales service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, present customized solutions, and collaborate with industry-leading brands to drive sales growth.
  4. Project Management: Oversee projects from consultation to delivery, coordinating with teams and ensuring timely, successful implementation.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  6. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and provide technical support to internal staff.
  7. Travel & On-Site Support: Travel across Ireland and the UK for client meetings, site assessments, and troubleshooting.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to processes, products, and services to enhance efficiency and client experience.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience in the industrial valve and actuation products sector, with a deep understanding of industry standards, technical specifications, and applications in the pharma sector and demonstrate strong technical expertise, providing tailored solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and offering exceptional customer support. The candidate should have a proven ability in the industry, building long-term relationships with clients and partners while ensuring high-quality after-sales service. Strong sales and business development skills are essential, along with the ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and present appropriate solutions.. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset are key attributes for success in this role.
