Our client is a major financial agency of the United Nations, and an international financial institution funded by 191 member countries, with headquarters in Washington, D.C.
The Role:
As an IAM Role Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting Fund's IAM infrastructure using Saviynt. The candidate must have thorough knowledge of relevant areas of IAM Domain (application onboarding, provisioning, access control, reconciliation, access review, role engineering etc.). This role requires expertise in IAM frameworks, RBAC models, coupled with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
· Design and implement IAM systems and processes to support Saviynt.
· Work with IT application owners and business units to define their RBAC models.
· Align RBAC solutions with access requirements.
· Develop and manage RBAC models, policies, and workflows.
· Maintain role hierarchies and conduct regular reviews.
· Create and maintain documentation for IAM and RBAC processes.
· Stay updated on IAM and RBAC trends and best practices.
· Recommend and implement improvements to IAM/RBAC frameworks.
· Resolve technical IAM issues and provide system support.
· Maintain system configurations and documentation.
Education/Experience:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, CIS, or Cyber Security/IT.
· Saviynt Certification (Preferred).
· 3+ years in IAM solutions with a focus on RBAC; 3 years in Saviynt.
· Experience in IAM Architecture, Operations, Support and Incident management
· Experience with security protocols and cloud/enterprise application integration.
· Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC concepts.
· Proficiency in project documentation and communication skills.
· Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
