Manpower Group is looking to hire a HR & Recruitment Co-Ordinator who will be fully dedicated to the HR delivery and recruitment for a worldwide recognised client.
This is a hybrid role located in Waterford.
We are looking for a well-organised professional with a HR qualification (or working towards one) and experience in a similar role. You must have experience working in a busy HR role encompassing employee relations matters - disciplinary, grievance etc. as well as payroll and recruitment duties. We will require some flexibility in this role and some degree of meticulousness.

This is a specified purpose contract.
Your responsibilities:
Demonstrating HR expertise, including management of Probation, Performance, Absenteeism, Disciplinary and Grievance cases where applicable.
Processing payrolls and managing payroll queries from employees.
Recruitment duties including liaising with hiring managers, advertising roles, pre-screening candidates, sourcing, arranging interviews and managing the offer process.
Onboarding and offboarding duties including verifying documents, completing reference checks, conducting Manpower induction, and carrying out exit interviews.
Managing the candidate experience to ensure a professional journey from initial contact through to on-boarding with excellent communications and support throughout.
Proactive in developing relationships with our client by providing a first-class professional service on a day-to-day basis.
Managing employee relationships to ensure optimum levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
Compliance with legal and HR requirements.
Ensuring the maintenance of proper and thorough record keeping for all staff employed on the account for which you are responsible.
Work in a structured, organised, and professional manner ensuring all administration duties are performed to the highest standards.
Take responsibility for all actions, demonstrating ability, passion and an overriding commitment to quality and the needs of the client.
Your skills & experience:
Must have 1+ years proven HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstratable experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment and Performance Management.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Flexibility is essential. This role will evolve as projects develop.
Self-motivated and driven.
Organised, focused, innovative and passionate.
Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication ability.
