The Ideal Candidate:
Do you have experience/background in Managed Print Services?
Do you have a qualification in IT/Computer Science or relevant field?
Experience with Laserjet printers is extremely desirable
ITIL or ComptiA A+ Certifications are preferred.
A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn on the job is required
A full driver's license is essential to the role
The role:
Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and repairs on managed print devices to ensure high availability and reliability.
Identify and resolve hardware and software issues related to print devices and print management solutions.
Provide on-site technical support to clients, addressing and resolving any issues related to managed print services.
Conduct user training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using their print solutions.
Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, maintenance, and repairs.
Stay updated on the latest developments in managed print services, including new models, software updates, and best practices.
Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to team members and clients as needed.
Ensuring our team meets its First Time Fix KPI of 96%.
