Field Sales Executive - Dublin & M1 Corridor
Location: Remote - Covering Dublin to Newry (M1 Corridor)
Salary: €40,000 base + 10% OTE (€50,000 OTE attainable)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our client's team. This role is focused on developing new business opportunities along the Dublin to Newry corridor. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth in this region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the designated territory.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers, including hotels, cafes, stores, and other relevant businesses.
  • Present and sell company products effectively, ensuring clients understand the unique benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients, bringing product samples in a car freezer provided by the company.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales progress.
  • Attend weekly team meetings remotely and visit head office once a month.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a sales role, ideally within FMCG or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of winning and growing new business accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Must have own vehicle and a full, clean driving license.
  • The ideal candidate will have space for a chest freezer at home for product samples.
