Electrical Eplan Designer-Cork
Our client, a leading construction & wastewater company are looking for an experienced Eplan Designer to join their team onsite in Cork. The role is ideal for candidates with an Electrical/Electronic qualification & design experience in the Construction or Pharmaceutical sector.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Do you have 2+ years' experience in Electrical Design using Eplan?
- Do you have a Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or similar discipline?
- Experience with panel sizes of 1 to 10 is required
- Knowledge of PLC/Automated system drawings is preferred
- Excellent verbal & written English is essential for the role
The role:
- Develop detailed electrical ATS schematics, DOL starters, intelligent MCCs, VSD starters and PLC schematics in E-plan/Pro-panel.
- Wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts using EPLAN Electric P8 to validate the selection/sizing of breakers, cables. (Inhouse Training shall be provided for using Amtech)
- Design/draw control panels of all forms (Form 2 to Form4) based on project requirements and client specification.
- Adhere to all electrical & regulatory standards.
- Liaise with electrical engineers, project managers, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work closely with panel builders and electricians to resolve technical queries during manufacturing.
