Role Description
We are looking for a Training Development Specialist to join our CX - Enablement Team. You will be working with a thoughtful, ambitious and creative team that's committed to meeting the needs of a dynamic, customer-centric organization. The CX Enablement Team strives to understand the journey of the support agent and creates learning and skill development opportunities that lead to the best possible customer journeys.
This is a fully remote role (within Ireland) on a 12 month contract with potential to extend to 23 months
Responsibilities:
- Research source materials & work closely with subject matter experts to determine learning objectives for Customer Support Agents, including those in technical roles.
- Create short-form video learning in just-in-time (JIT) format
- Create on-the-job guides for Customer Support agents for product launch support.
- Collaborate with product launch and content stakeholders to deliver agent support content.
Requirements:
- 1-2 yrs of work experience in a training content related role, with familiarity into adult learning and/or educational theory.
- Experience with content development tools such as: Adobe Creative Cloud (Premier Pro), Articulate 360 and Storyline, Google suite, Microsoft Office suite.
- LMS management (Docebo a plus).
- Experience with video production and editing.
- Experience with digital research, analytical projects, and training performance analytics.
- Exceptional time management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
- Customer service/support experience in the SaaS industry a plus
