Customer Service Coordinator
Full-time Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders, credits, and returns efficiently
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, building and maintaining strong relationships
Co-ordinate with the logistics team to organise deliveries and collections, while keeping customers informed about stock availability and delivery timelines
Handle customer complaints or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution
Perform general office duties, including managing incoming calls
What the Ideal candidate will need:
Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a significant advantage
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
Understanding of customer service principles and practices
Prior experience in order processing is beneficial
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional presentation and a detail-oriented approach
High attention to detail and reliability
