Customer Experience Specialist

Join a dynamic order management and licensing team as a Customer Experience Specialist. Our client is a multinational company that provides a wide range of commercial and consumer products, engineering services, and aerospace systems. They are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join their team at their Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders in accordance with service level agreements.
- Maintain export/import processes and documentation in line with trade compliance requirements.
- Publish and maintain work instructions.
- Provide flexibility and support during peak periods.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and thrive under pressure.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organisational and communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Proven ability to present, sell, and implement ideas across various levels, and to motivate others.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving results, and a team player.
- Experience working in an international environment and capability to support and drive projects to completion.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience of ERP system preferred
