Client & Business Development Manager (Dublin 16)
Our client, who are world-class specialists in enabling and inspiring leadership performance are seeking an experienced Client & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, develop key client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. This role requires a strong network of contacts in Executive Education and a proven ability to generate new business. You will be responsible for consultative selling, strategic partnership building, and account management for our full range of educational programmes and membership offerings.
Location: Dublin 16
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
A hybrid work option is available, along with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage an existing book of contacts in Executive Education to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Identify and secure new business through proactive lead generation and networking.
- Conduct market research to align educational solutions with client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking to expand business reach.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in education or professional services).
- A strong network of executive education contacts to support immediate business development.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field (additional business development or sales qualifications are a plus).
- Strong commercial acumen with a successful track record in consultative selling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
