Business Development Executive - Custom Solutions (Dublin 16)
Our client, who are world-class specialists in enabling and inspiring leadership performance are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth and build strong client relationships. This role focuses on lead generation, new business development, and promoting their portfolio of custom education solutions. You'll report to the Commercial Director and collaborate across teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Location: Dublin 16
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
A hybrid work option is available, along with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate prospects
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth strategies
Client & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Understand client needs to deliver tailored solutions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
Account Management
- Provide updates on pipeline, sales activity, and revenue projections
Networking & Industry Engagement
- Represent the organisation at events and conferences
- Build relationships with key industry players and influencers
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or similar
- Experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in education/professional services)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Self-starter with strong initiative and accountability
