Also providing comprehensive aftermarket services and parts, delivering reliable solutions to a wide range of industrial applications in the Bio - Pharma Industry.

Company is expanding into the Irish Market - Should be available for travel Dublin, Cork, Galway etc

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in diaphragm valve sales within the BioPharma sector, with a strong background in technical sales, particularly in capital equipment or valve products. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with fluency in English. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities and experience in delivering customer-focused solutions, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and OEMs. Comfort with traveling 60-70% of the time is required, along with knowledge of channel management and the BioPharma industry being a plus. A valid driver's license is also necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell our clients engineered valve products in the BioPharma market
    * Identify and secure new business opportunities with existing and new customers
    * Build and manage OEM accounts, including those involved in system and skid construction
    * Pursue large-scale capital projects, ensuring our clients valves are specified and installed
    * Work closely with distributors and engineering firms to maximize sales
    * Coordinate quotes and drive follow-ups to secure orders
    * Travel frequently within Ireland (60-70% of the time) to meet clients and support distribution efforts
    * Support the Sales Director in achieving regional sales goals
