Job Overview:
The Analytical Sciences & Technology (AST) Analyst will support analytical projects, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP) and driving continuous improvement. The role involves method development, qualification, optimisation, and troubleshooting within a fast-paced biopharmaceutical environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical chemistry expertise across AST, MSAT, and site activities.
- Develop, qualify, optimise, and transfer analytical methods.
- Support investigations, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Identify and implement analytical improvements.
- Train analysts on new techniques and methods.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with cGLP and cGMP.
- Ensure laboratory readiness for audits and regulatory inspections.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Degree in Science (Chemistry or Biochemistry preferred).
- Experience in a laboratory setting, ideally in pharma/biopharma.
- Strong understanding of quality labs, cGLP, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to manage projects within time lines and budgets.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
