Air Cargo Sales & Customer Service Executive - North/West Dublin

Our client, a leading air cargo solutions provider, seeks a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join their team. The ideal candidate has air cargo experience, strong sales skills, and excels in customer service via calls and emails. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, booking cargo space, and ensuring smooth operations.

Location: North/West Dublin
Work Schedule: 9am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales

  • Handle incoming customer queries via email and phone in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide quotes, pricing, and availability for air cargo space.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and other key clients.
  • Proactively follow up on sales leads, negotiate rates, and secure bookings.

Cargo Space Management & Operations

  • Book and coordinate air cargo space with airlines and freight partners.
  • Monitor cargo availability, schedules, and capacity to optimize bookings.
  • Ensure smooth documentation and compliance with air cargo regulations.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions efficiently.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and client communications.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on cargo sales, trends, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in Air Cargo, Freight Forwarding, or Aviation Logistics (minimum 2+ years).
  • Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills - experience with cargo booking systems, MS Office, and email handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and airline partners.
