Salary: From €28,000 DOE
We are seeking a reliable and organised Admin Clerk to join a busy branch in Dublin 8. This is a full-time role providing essential administrative support across the business, with opportunities to assist in stock control and inventory when required.
The Role
As an Admin Clerk, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- General office support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
- Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors in a professional manner.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post.
- Ordering and maintaining office stationery and supplies.
- Assisting with inventory and stock control tasks when required.
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to smooth branch operations.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a varied workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
